In 2020, our founder Gale Charles turned that wisdom into reality, transforming a few acres of Caribbean soil into a family-owned mission to bring pure, honest flavor to your kitchen.
We don’t believe in shortcuts. Based in Trinidad & Tobago, we specialize in premium dehydrated seasonings—from our zesty Chadon Beni to our versatile Pimento Flakes and Signature Blend.
